Blurb: A lackadaisical dumbass who largely acts like a slacker bc it's easier than talking about his issues. He was quite literally told to run off by his bald pal Walter White after witnessing him hit a guy with his car so he's gonna be a bit rattled when he first gets here and then just act like nothing is wrong haha.

Plotting: GO-KARTS SADLY. Or happily go-karting is actually pretty fun. Other than that, fuck it we ball.

Seeking: Basically anything! Getting him a couple friends would be nice since Jesse is very much a guy who likes having a group to hang out with. Old people also welcome though he will be a little rude.

The wild thing is that Celeste is currently living in Vegas so people like Jessie are not something the old man would even blink twice at. Like, ah yes, The Youths are In A Phase (shut up, you're perpetually 23).
