I want to thank you all, sincerely, for making this such an unforgettable experience. I had a really, really long span of being unable to engage with DWRP for a while after something happened that I won't go into too much detail on, but Link Up genuinely managed to re-ignite my interest and gave me one of the best possible arcs for a girl I've played for a solid decade plus now. This is genuinely the most fun I've had in a game in a very long time, and I'm glad I got to share it all with you!

So thank you, Link Up, for being such a wonderful game and a wonderful place, and to everyone who worked to make it possible--player, palace runner, and mod alike!

It was really nice get being able to be in another game with you Sable!!

I've already said this before. But I'll say it again. Seeing the difference in how Sayaka had grown in comparison to her other iterations was honestly striking and incredibly amazing in a different way than before. Though also I enjoyed that somehow there was a deeper dive into her issues than before because of the fact that memories were something on display, as long as one's darker side/faults/etc. I feel like I definitely learned some more personal details about her character than I did before, which made me more invested in her as a character as well as her development across the weeks. Also, it felt like such a natural progression of events for her too, so please imagine me cheering her on as Sayaka grasped a hold of her individuality with her hands and became a Dark Knight.

I also enjoyed that we were able to get phenomenally close CR! I wasn't sure what would happen at certain points because meetingate so I want to tell you it was a big pleasant surprise. Veering back to the whole entire 'being in another game' thing, though, I was grateful for the chance and happy to see you return to RP. I really did miss playing with you, friendo, and hope to RP things with you in the future, wherever that will be!!

Coco!! I want to let you know that I was incredibly excited and enthused when I first heard about the concept of Persona game...how could I not be? I've been hoping for a Persona game for SO long and I am very glad that it went through a successful run.

Also thank you so much for allowing me the chance to participate in another game of yours! It was an extraordinarily fun time and I know I had as much because I went so hard...like embarrassingly so. I know I'm not going to go as crazy as I did in linkup including the deluge of comms, closes eyes, but man. It's...definitely something I'll be thinking about for a long awhile.

COCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO thank you for making such a fun as hell game!!! <3 I gotta admit, I've had such an absolute blast here because you've always been such a kind and flexible person, and I've been absolutely enjoying the level of commitment you and the other mods have had to making this game a blast for us all. I genuinely enjoyed my time here and everything, and I'm stoked to have come out of it raring to come back to DWRP, and with development for Sayaka that's been truly the best I've had in a long time!

Also your characters!!! Tenn was fun for the brief time he was here, but man, I loved Yoon. He was such a good, strong lad, and his palace was an absolute delight. I love one boyo who does his best man...you did such a good job with him, and I loved him dearly. That's my son!!!

My only regret is I didn't get as many threads with Yoon as I should have. He's a sweet lil' dude and I found it so funny that his first impression of Eli was "omg he's so cool" lmao. I DEFINITELY SHOULD HAVE TAGGED U MORE, is all I'm saying, but even so, I loved what interactions our characters did have! And Yoon was fun to see in threads all over the place, too.

Sarah...thanks for being one of those who accommodated my silly shitposty turn of the moment decisions at certain points in regards to Argenti being Argenti. I know we didn't get a chance to get too much CR but it was nice actually getting what CR we could for once in a really long time (because I still considered it notable!!) Seeing Joshua's different development in-game was also fascinating and I enjoyed it immensely!!

This is especially true because I was making comparisons to the last game Joshua was in and was incredibly sad we didn't manage any CR so let me tell you that this much does...certainly mean a lot...anyway, I'm always here for people coming out of retirement in RP!!

CLINGS TO YOU LIKE AN AMOEBA. Lum!!! I had so much fun with these two, oh my god??? Like I was not sure what direction that these two would go, especially after Argenti killed Fuyu, but I explicitly made sure not to spoil myself for Argenti because I wanted to see what kind of person he'd turn out to be at the end of it all. His palace was a blast, getting CR with him was a blast, and he is now officially my blorbo-in-law and I'm waiting with bated breath to be able to reroll for him or Sparkle if I ever try Honkai. What a damn fun character you played; I love this boyo so damn much??? He had a lot of depth for being a guy with rose colored glasses gorilla glued to his head, and finding out that he comes from such a painful situation made my heart ache so much...you did so damn well at playing every angle of this guy, and I love him dearly.

And I love the CR we got too!!! I was not sure what to expect other than that I was expecting a big storm to come for these two once he realized how bad Sayaka could be, but Argenti surprised me time and time again and they got some genuinely cute as fuck CR, and supportive too??? Like these two are just. Perfection and I adore them deeply. They're good siblings, Sayaka will gladly support her rosy brother through anything and everything, and she loves him so much!

I've taken McGillis from a different canon point this time and played a lot with the impact that might have had on him, so I apologize if he came across as weird but also I HAD SO MUCH FUCKING FUN WITH IT

The group dynamics in the game were amazing and I had such a blast playing off of everyone else's development and taking it as catalyst for even more growth. JUST REALLY GOOD SYNERGY IN THIS GAME.

I just wanted to say that I was SO happy to be able to see your McGillis in another game, Luna. I absolutely was barely holding back excitement to see how he'd be in another place entirely.

After OnceUpon and knowing you were taking him from a different canonpoint I really wondered how things would go! The funniest thing I want to mention is that when the God of Conflict became a thing I went to myself in my own head, "McGillis would potentially side with him under certain circumstances, huh?" and lo and behold him mentioning in the final fight that he may have done exactly that. I said it before but I meant it when I felt that you have done an exemplary job staying true to his character. I watched his development and his everything with other characters, from his incredible moments in Palaces (from his powerful lines in Argenti's, Kurumi's, and Fray's) and with other characters (McIzou developments, Celeste, Eli and other lanternfam) that was so exciting/nailbiting/or cute to watch go down. I also really enjoyed the CR we managed to get because I never knew where that was going at any time, lmao and it was just an incredibly fun time!! I especially enjoyed that there was definitely some kind of great underlaying tension following the meeting. Me also quietly laughing that McGillis thought that Argenti may in fact have potentially tracked him down and stabbed him at the revelations...one regret is that I didn't have him like learn everything sooner. But at least it felt really natural it took a long time due to everything happening as it did, lmao

It's probably going to be a bit before we're in a game again and we have no future RP plans but if you ever want to do anything, let me know!!

POINTS!!! LUNA I LOVE MCGILLIS SO MUCH...i'm only sorry that i kept getting overwhelmed with stuff because these two's CR was an absolute delight??? Like they are two very fucked up people in different directions, but the bits we do have with them made me really like them as just. Two very fucked up people who've seized their own chances at life, and while they haven't necessarily improved, they absolutely are thumbs upping each other from the corner of their new lives and experiences to come.

Also just. I love this guy? I have popcorned this guy so damn hard at everything he does, and god DAMN did McGillis both get good development and not fundamentally change himself. And like, good for him? He is still the same person who seizes power and fucks things up and he is a messy bitch of the Cagey Bitch Conglomorate, but like. I love that for him. It's what he deserves.

I was super uncertain about throwing an OC into the mix since it's been ages since I last played one, and the previous guy burned out fast. BUT ELI SURE DIDN'T! And I have everyone here to thank for that! This has been a fantastic experience, and I feel encouraged to make and play OCs going forward, although, lbr here, I'm sure I'll bring Eli back again someday. He was a ton of fun for a half-baked idea based on an old computer game I like.

I'm happy he go to play out the full character arc I was hoping for him. It could have gone a few different ways, but it came out as the Best End Possible?! Which was wonderful to see happen, so thank you all again! This has been a great game! <3

Honestly, I do want to say I didn't know what to expect when it came to Eli, though I was actually very excited when it seemed like he was going to be potentially on the rough / rude side because those are always fun to bounce off of people like Argenti.

Did I expect that they would get along? I was sort of leaning towards 'no' though the funniest way to have that settled for me was when Meeting-gate happened and the two absolutely started off terribly bad. To say the least that I was not expecting their CR to recover in the slightest or at all, but it somehow did. Not to mention they got wonderful deepened CR due to Palace and dreamscape things, and I want to also say that you did a fantastic job playing out that scenario in particular. It was filled wonderfully with horror but also opportunities for dynamic reactions; I was actually on the seat throughout the entirety of the time. I also enjoyed seeing Eli's interactions with others (kibble), his cute square interactions/fights, mini-garbage fight, and laughed at certain points when Izou and Eli tried (x2) to get Argenti to stick around during his Palace-affliction hours. It was very funny and entertaining amongst all the serious, and I enjoyed it, so thank you immensely for that!!

I'm so happy we got a chance to play together in a game LA and I look forward to whatever other games we happened to play in the future!!

what else can i say but dang, thank you to everyone who threaded with me, it was a blast doing everything i did in this game.

it was fun getting to play shalem again! and in a way that i never expected him to go. okay, i had a hankering of having him just letting loose but then things happened to just make him be this way?? his ideal self is in fact a terrible, obsessive murder cultist who is a negative cr machine??? while i did have my doubts at first about this, i did have fun because all of his negative cr was pretty damn fun to play out.

and also thanks to the mods for letting me take jordi out with a bang, and for everyone who went through his palace. i haven't actually DM'ed anything in the short game style before so it was definitely a learning experience, but definitely fun for me, and in fact it's become my fave style of DM'ing (hence why i'm making a short-term game in the first place...).

see you all in the next game! hopefully even in the one i'm making.

I just wanted to say it was incredibly funny that we managed to have volatile CR this time, and just when things seemed like they could get better, Jordi's life was cut short. I can't even so much as get away with commenting upon the fact that what happened with him absolutely helped with setting the trajectory for the rest of Argenti's arc here (alongside other things, but that was SUCH a huge thing for him)

I'm up to my eyeballs in mobile games so I probably won't be dipping my feet into another but I did appreciate the CR they managed to get and how much it ended up giving other people trauma. That was absolutely hilarious and sad...thank you so much for the opportunity (even for Argenti getting angry at Shalem and him remaining as such basically in the end, lmao)!!

It was fantastic seeing you in another short term game once again, having anticipated how this brand of CR would go after LC. I was very happy to get CR with your Fray and interested in seeing how his deal would go down because I was pretty much (and still am) canon familiar with the Final Fantasy he's from. I wasn't disappointed in witnessing how well Fray and Argenti managed to connect together despite their respective differences, as well as the surprise catboi reveal!! Also their initial steamy fight and adorable - fretting over each other respectively in certain situations (first Fray himself WHO NEARLY DIED, then Argenti with his little cut on his face...) I also very much enjoyed Fray's other developments as well, with himself in the end finally reaching for the desire ardently to be his own person unconditionally, as well as cutely asking Argenti to accompany him.

It's so funny it took us five years to get into a ship again though the wait was very much worth it just be prepared for more cringe or whatever else may result from how much I've come to enjoy these too. Also love that they ended up with a little Knightfam dealio going on too...it's so adorable. Thank you for RPing in another game with me again and I look forward to us playing again wherever :3
